Welcome to GARDINER & CO. Founded in 1997, we are one of the youngest firms of Attorneys in the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI). We have grown steadily over the last two years and are fast becoming one of the leading small firms in the TCI.
Our principal office is located in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. We also have associated offices in Nassau, Bahamas.

The Principal
The firm's Principal, R. DON-HUE GARDINER, was born in Bottle Creek, North Caicos, Turks & Caicos Islands. Mr. Gardiner read Law at the University of Liverpool in Liverpool, England, and at the College of Law in London. He is admitted both as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and as an Attorney at Law of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Mr. Gardiner is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, The Bar Association of the Turks and Caicos Islands and The Honourable Society of The Middle Temple.
